Faultline Armory is a federally licensed firearms dealer (“FFL”) operating a retail storefront and online store.

We offer firearms, ammunition, firearm components, accessories, optics, outdoor equipment, apparel, custom services, and other related products. All sales, services, and transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Eligibility

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the products or services requested.
  • You meet all applicable age requirements.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are not purchasing or receiving a regulated product on behalf of a person who is legally prohibited from possessing it.
  • The products ordered are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Certain products may be subject to additional age, identity, residency, eligibility, transfer, or documentation requirements.

Please review our Age Verification Policy and Firearm Purchasing & FFL Transfer Policy for additional information.

Age Verification and Legal Eligibility

Certain products sold by Faultline Armory are subject to federal, state, and local laws governing age, identity, residency, eligibility, purchase, transfer, delivery, possession, and use.

By placing an order for a regulated product, you represent that you meet all applicable legal requirements to purchase, possess, receive, and use that product.

Faultline Armory reserves the right to verify a customer’s age, identity, residency, payment information, and legal eligibility before processing, shipping, delivering, or transferring any regulated product.

We may refuse, delay, or cancel an order when required information cannot be verified or when a transaction cannot lawfully be completed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance, shipment, approval, or transfer.

Product Information

Faultline Armory strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, photographs, availability information, and compatibility details. However, occasional errors, omissions, or manufacturer changes may occur.

Faultline Armory reserves the right to:

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.
  • Update product descriptions or specifications.
  • Change prices without prior notice.
  • Limit purchase quantities.
  • Discontinue products or services.
  • Substitute updated manufacturer photographs or information.
  • Refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, technical, or typographical errors.

Product photographs are provided for reference. Colors, finishes, markings, packaging, included accessories, and other details may differ from the product shown due to manufacturer revisions, production variations, lighting, or display settings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before purchasing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, government fees, transfer fees, background-check fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

Faultline Armory reserves the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is submitted. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount collected.

Payment authorization does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not constitute acceptance by Faultline Armory.

Faultline Armory reserves the right to refuse, limit, delay, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or inventory errors.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • Inability to verify customer information.
  • Age, residency, or eligibility concerns.
  • Shipping restrictions.
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions.
  • Failure to provide required documentation or acknowledgments.
  • Orders that cannot lawfully be completed.

If Faultline Armory cancels an order after payment has been collected, the refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method, less any non-refundable charges or costs that were previously disclosed and lawfully incurred.

Firearms and Regulated Products

Faultline Armory conducts firearm sales and transfers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Firearms purchased online must be shipped to and transferred through an appropriately licensed FFL unless another method is expressly permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming that the firearm or regulated product is legal in their jurisdiction.
  • Selecting an eligible receiving FFL where required.
  • Confirming that the receiving FFL will accept the shipment.
  • Paying applicable transfer and government-mandated fees.
  • Providing accurate identification and required documentation.
  • Completing all required forms, background checks, waiting periods, and transfer procedures.

A completed purchase does not guarantee that a firearm or regulated product will be transferred to the customer.

Please review our Firearm Purchasing & FFL Transfer Policy for complete details.

Product Compatibility and Installation

Many firearm components and accessories are designed for specific makes, models, generations, configurations, or specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing or installing a product.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by the manufacturer, firearm components should be installed, inspected, and tested by a qualified gunsmith or certified armorer.

After installation or modification, the firearm must be properly inspected and function-tested before use.

Improper installation, incompatible components, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may cause firearm malfunction, property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faultline Armory is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper installation, incompatible components, unauthorized work, misuse, or failure to follow applicable instructions and safety procedures.

Custom Services

Faultline Armory may offer custom and professional services, including:

  • Gunsmithing.
  • Firearm assembly.
  • Trigger installation or tuning.
  • Optic mounting.
  • Laser engraving.
  • Cerakote® application.
  • Stippling.
  • Machining.
  • Custom firearm modifications.
  • Related inspection, installation, or repair services.

Customers submitting a firearm or component for service represent that they lawfully own the item or are otherwise legally authorized to possess it and request the applicable work.

Faultline Armory may require proof of identity, ownership, or lawful possession before accepting or releasing an item.

Project estimates and anticipated completion dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Completion may be affected by workload, parts availability, manufacturer delays, project complexity, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once custom work, procurement, machining, finishing, engraving, or modification has begun, the order generally cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Completed custom services are final unless Faultline Armory determines that a covered workmanship issue exists or a different remedy is required by law.

Faultline Armory reserves the right to decline any project that cannot be completed safely, legally, reliably, or in accordance with our standards.

NFA Items and Special Orders

National Firearms Act items, special-order merchandise, custom-order products, and other regulated items are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for satisfying all required application, identification, registration, background-check, tax, transfer, and approval requirements.

Government and manufacturer processing times are outside Faultline Armory’s control and are not guaranteed.

NFA items and special-order products are generally considered final sale once the product has been ordered, allocated, manufactured, transferred to Faultline Armory, or associated paperwork has been submitted.

Deposits and fees may be non-refundable once procurement, manufacturing, transfer processing, or government filing has begun.

Additional terms may be presented at the time an NFA item or special-order product is purchased.

Safe Firearm Handling and Use

Firearms, ammunition, and firearm components are inherently dangerous and must be handled, stored, maintained, installed, and used responsibly.

Customers are responsible for following:

  • All accepted firearm safety rules.
  • Manufacturer instructions and warnings.
  • Applicable storage and transportation requirements.
  • All federal, state, and local laws.
  • Proper installation, inspection, and maintenance procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faultline Armory is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting from:

  • Unsafe handling or storage.
  • Negligence or misuse.
  • Unlawful use.
  • Improper installation.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Failure to maintain or inspect a firearm.
  • Use of incompatible components.
  • Use of defective, incorrect, hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or otherwise improper ammunition.
  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or generally accepted firearm-safety practices.

Information provided by Faultline Armory is not a substitute for professional firearms instruction, gunsmithing services, or legal advice.

California Compliance

California customers may be subject to additional legal requirements concerning firearms, ammunition, firearm accessories, barrels, magazines, regulated components, manufacturing equipment, and other products.

Where required, Faultline Armory may request additional identity or age verification and may present mandatory warnings, notices, disclosures, certifications, or acknowledgments during checkout, before shipment, or at the time of transfer.

Failure to complete a required verification or acknowledgment may result in delayed processing, order cancellation, shipment refusal, or denial of transfer.

Faultline Armory reserves the right to restrict or refuse the sale, shipment, delivery, or transfer of any product when necessary to comply with applicable law.

California Proposition 65

Certain products sold by Faultline Armory may be subject to warning requirements under California Proposition 65.

Where required, applicable warnings may appear on product pages, packaging, labels, accompanying documentation, store signage, or at the point of sale.

Customers should review all product-specific warnings, labels, and manufacturer instructions before purchase and use.

The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not alter the customer’s responsibility to follow all applicable safety instructions and handling procedures.

Shipping

Shipping eligibility, processing times, methods, charges, tracking, restricted products, firearm shipments, delivery issues, and in-store pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, defective products, non-returnable merchandise, custom services, firearm returns, restocking fees, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

Faultline Armory-branded products may be eligible for warranty coverage as described in that policy. Third-party products are generally subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to the applicable return, refund, and warranty terms.

Third-Party Products

Faultline Armory sells products manufactured or supplied by third parties.

All third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Faultline Armory does not control manufacturer revisions, discontinuations, warranty decisions, repair timelines, or other actions taken by third-party manufacturers.

Unless otherwise stated, third-party products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty rather than a Faultline Armory warranty.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express warranty stated in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, its content, and all services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Faultline Armory disclaims all warranties not expressly provided, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section eliminates any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Faultline Armory and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Faultline Armory’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
