At Faultline Armory, we stand behind the products we sell and the work we perform. If there's an issue with your order, we'll work with you to find a fair and timely resolution. This policy explains the eligibility, process, and conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
By placing an order with Faultline Armory, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Most unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in new condition
- Be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and components
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Be free of damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, Faultline Armory will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Manufacturer warranty service
- Refund
- Store credit
Photos or additional information may be requested before authorizing a return.
Firearm Returns
Due to federal and state regulations, firearms that have been transferred to the purchaser are generally not eligible for return.
If you discover a concern with a firearm before completing the transfer at your receiving FFL, contact Faultline Armory immediately.
Do not complete the transfer until you've spoken with our team.
Manufacturer defects identified after transfer are generally handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
Denied or Incomplete Firearm Transfers
If a firearm transfer cannot be completed because:
- The purchaser is denied during the required background check;
- The purchaser becomes legally ineligible to receive the firearm;
- The purchaser refuses or fails to complete the transfer; or
- The receiving FFL returns the firearm,
the customer remains responsible for applicable shipping charges, return shipping costs, transfer fees, and any permitted restocking fees.
Refunds, when applicable, will be reduced by any non-recoverable costs incurred by Faultline Armory.

- Stippling

Restocking fees generally do not apply when the return results from:
- A Faultline Armory shipping error

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us before returning any merchandise.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a verified defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.
Faultline Armory is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the credit appears on your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, simply place a new order and submit a return request for the original item if it qualifies under this policy.
